Inspiration

Doorstops are simple inventions with a purpose universally understood and respected. We’re not presumptuous enough to believe that we can add all that much utility to an item that already holds its own against innovations as ubiquitous as sliced bread and the wheel. The peaked end of the doorstop resembles the frame of a saltbox house, ensuring you never forget where it’s from.

Fabrication

The doorstops are made with off-cuts from the birch used for larger furniture pieces and features a twine cord, which can be used to hang the doorstop when not in use.
