Inspiration
If you’ve walked the shoreline of Fogo Island, you’ve likely seen the saltwater-and-sun-bleached driftwood resting on the rocks. With its rough edges worn smooth by the churning of the North Atlantic Ocean, this driftwood inspired our craftspeople to create Washed Boards. Available in three different shapes and sizes, the Washed Boards can be your go-to cutting board or a favourite platter to display charcuterie and fine cheeses.Made using regionally sourced birch by our craftspeople at Fogo Island Workshops. Available in three different shapes and sizes, we finish these boards with a food-safe Danish Oil.
